We, the undersigned residents, neighbors, patrons, and community members stand in support of Long Beach Coffee & Tee and their application for a zoning variance to construct a necessary rear extension at their establishment.

We do not feel the character of the neighborhood will be affected, nor will the structure pose a detriment to the community.
